My mission

From the beginning, my mission has been to help individuals understand how their bodies function and what they can do to recover from both chronic and acute injuries. My goal has always been to guide people towards achieving and maintaining optimal physical health and performance across all areas of their lives and work.

With over 20 years’ experience, I have built a trusted and growing client base that includes David Beckham, Joe Wicks, and Kylie Minogue. I also work with elite athletes, including Premiership footballers, the senior England rugby team, and members of Team GB. I specialise in supporting high-performing individuals across sport, entertainment, and business, helping them stay pain-free, physically resilient, and performing consistently at a high level.

I am the Sunday Times bestselling author of Body: Simple Techniques and Strategies to Heal, Reset and Restore, published by HarperCollins.
